Escape to the Country (2002) : 13x55

Nicki Chapman heads to Rutland to help a young couple with a £380,000 budget look for a spacious family home in which to bring up their two young boys. Nicki also meets a local miller who has brought one of the region's windmills back to life, and who produces flour using traditional methods.
